Job summary

BATAL MEDICAL, INC in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an experienced Med Spa Manager / Aesthetics Director to launch, develop, and grow our aesthetic services.

This role combines business development with patient-facing leadership, overseeing operations, memberships, pricing, and promotions while building a new med spa division within our established practice.

The ideal candidate has significant med spa experience, is organized, sales-oriented, and ready to own the growth of the division.

Qualifications

• Significant previous med spa or aesthetics management experience.
• Organized, confident with patients, sales-oriented without being pushy.
• Experience with injectables, lasers, skincare, aesthetic devices, memberships, patient sales, or med spa operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and launch med spa services.
• Recommend treatments, devices, products, pricing, packages, and promotions.
• Establish workflows, protocols, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
• Help recruit, train, and manage aesthetic staff/providers as we grow.
• Oversee consultations, scheduling, follow-ups, and patient experience.
• Help convert inquiries and consultations into treatments and packages.
• Develop memberships, packages, and patient retention strategies.
• Work alongside existing surgical, administrative, and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand services.

We are an established plastic surgery and medical practice in Santa Monica looking for an experienced Med Spa Manager / Aesthetics Director to help launch, develop, and grow our aesthetic services.

Our practice currently focuses primarily on plastic surgery and urgent care. We are looking for someone with strong med spa experience who understands both the business and patient-facing sides of aesthetics and can help us build this division from the ground up.

Experience with injectables, lasers, skincare, aesthetic devices, memberships, patient sales, or med spa operations is highly preferred.
