Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting seeks a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join a not-for-profit health system near Green Bay, Wisconsin.

You will work in a busy outpatient clinic with onsite lab, x‑ray, diabetes education, lactation support and behavioral health, seeing 18–22 patients daily and joining a large call group. The role uses the Epic EMR, with a four‑day workweek and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain).
• Outpatient practice with care for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in a busy clinic setting.
• See 18–22 patients per day across all ages.
• Participate in a large on-call group and collaborate with health teams.
• Document and coordinate care using the Epic EMR system.
