Job summary

Spencer Britt in Wyoming seeks a Med-Peds Hospitalist to join an established Hospitalist group, with strong office support and a focus on work/life balance. The Lander and Riverton facilities offer 133 beds and 24/7 hospitalist and emergency care.

The role features a preferred schedule of 10 24-hour shifts per month, with census around 10-12 per day for hospitalists and 1 per day for pediatrics, plus nursery coverage and tele-stroke/tele-psych support.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required or board eligible.
• BE/BC in Pediatrics or Family Medicine required or board eligible.
• Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines.
• New graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist services at Lander and Riverton facilities.
• Share coverage with pediatric services including nursery and inpatient care.
• Manage patient care with ICU responsibilities and tele-support tools.
• Flexible scheduling and potential concurrent hospitalist and pediatric shifts.
