University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Lone Tree, CO, seeks a Med-Peds Clinician Educator (Open Rank: Instructor, Sr. Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor) to provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients.

The role includes opportunities to precept students and participate in clinical teaching and faculty development. The candidate will share night, weekend, and vacation coverage and participate in clinic operations decisions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Med-Peds
• Valid CO medical license
• DEA Certification (or eligibility)
• 0-7 years of primary care experience (Instructor/Senior Instructor/Asst Prof)
• 8+ years of primary care experience (Senior tracks)

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients from birth through adulthood.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children and adults.
• Manage preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and wellness visits.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate and support patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in after-hours on-call duties as required.
• Assist in administrative/clinical quality improvement efforts.
