Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to support Air Evac Lifeteam’s medical air transport services. You will join a team of medical experts to fly patients safely while maintaining strict regulatory standards and aircraft readiness.

Key requirements include FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and extensive helicopter hours. Sign-on and retention bonuses accompany a 7/7 schedule and on‑duty housing.

Formación

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate is required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• Helicopter hours: 1,500.
• PIC helicopter hours: 1,000.
• Turbine helicopter hours: 500.
• Night flight: 100 hours unaided or 50 unaided with 100 hours aided.
• Weight limit with gear: 230 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch as described in manuals, including FARs and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Air Evac Lifeteam change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
