Job summary

Rezolut Imaging is seeking a full-time Med Clerk in Baldwin Park, CA to support patients during check-in and screening, and assist with insurance processes. You will work with the Operations Manager and CEO to boost efficiency while maintaining vehicle safety and paperwork accuracy.

Required is a high school diploma, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Bilingual skills are a plus; full-time benefits include PTO, holidays, and health plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation of vehicles to healthcare events across the state.
• Ensure safe and lawful transportation to event sites and returns.
• Complete operation and maintenance documentation and logs.
• Verify accuracy of paperwork throughout operations.
• Operate vehicles per OSHA, DOT, and company policies.

Essential Functions of a Med Clerk

• Provide transportation of our vehicles to urban or remote locations for healthcare events throughout the state.
• Safe lawful transportation to the event site, and/or for return of vehicle after the event, or transport from one event to another.
• Completing documentation for vehicle operation and maintenance (logs/reports)
• Ensuring the correctness of paperwork.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with VTL and our corporate Policies and Procedures.
• Working closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to improve efficiency and support existing customer relationships.
• Ensuring transport compliance at every stop.
• Operating vehicles in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as local, state, and other federal requirements.
• Co-responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of vehicles (with other mobile staff members).
• Lead by example for other team members.
• Assist patients in check-in and insurance process.
• Assist patients through the screening process
• Assist in navigating patients.

Require ments

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual is a plus !
