The role focuses on administering medications, monitoring residents, and maintaining open communication with staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with medication administration.
• Ability to obtain and document vital signs.
• Proficient in charting resident data accurately.
• Strong interaction with residents and staff.
• Maintain resident-centered approach to care.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist with meal passes.
• Light housekeeping when needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications.

• Engage with residents to support wellbeing.
• Communicate with staff to ensure coordinated care.
