Qualifications

• 5+ years in MECM/SCCM engineering, operations, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth MECM/SCCM architecture, design and implementation.
• Experience with CMG, Co-Management, and cloud integration.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting, SQL queries, and automation.
• Familiar with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on with large-scale MECM/SCCM environments.
• A good communicator with customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage MECM/SCCM infra and core components.
• Maintain site servers, distribution points, management points, and SQL Server.
• Configure CMG setup and Co-Management implementations.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Develop configurations, baselines, collections, and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot client-server, patching, deployment issues; RCA.
• Automate processes with PowerShell and scripts; create SSRS reports.
• Document systems and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
