Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical or mechatronics testing or strong hands-on skills as a recent engineering graduate.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and basic software engineering principles.
• Experience executing test plans, test methods, and documented validation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and strategies to validate products against performance and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct hands-on testing of components using various lab equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
