Job summary

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Location: Woodruff, SC

The employer specializes in the automated warehouse and mechatronics industry and is known for its advanced technology and team-focused environment. They have an exciting opportunity for a Mechatronics Technician / Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This position is well-suited to a hands-on and detail-oriented individual looking to grow within industrial automation and maintenance.

This position is based in the Maintenance department and reports to the Team Leader. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on automated systems, troubleshoot PLCs and electrical components, and monitor system performance to support operational efficiency and uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks through the CMMS system
• Perform reactive maintenance and error recovery during operation
• Troubleshoot automated systems including conveyors, shuttles, cranes, and material handling equipment
• Record completed work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS
• Monitor system performance and communicate equipment issues to the maintenance team
• Ensure all tools and maintenance resources are properly maintained and returned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and laptop troubleshooting
• Experience working in industrial maintenance or automated environments preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment
• Comfortable with extensive walking and physical activity throughout the shift
