A day in the life

No two days look the same in Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME). From the moment your shift begins, you're on the floor — responding to equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping the operation running at full speed. You'll troubleshoot conveyors, motors, electrical systems, and automated equipment, using both your technical skills and your problem‑solving instincts to minimize downtime and protect associate safety. Between reactive calls, you're executing planned PMs, completing work orders, and collaborating with operations to stay ahead of potential failures. Whether you're reading schematics, turning wrenches, or diving into a controls issue, every task you complete directly impacts the customer experience. RME is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and deeply rewarding — you leave every shift knowing your work kept the building moving.

About the team

Welcome to SCO2 RME — a high‑performing, world‑class maintenance team based in sunny Englewood, Colorado. We pride ourselves on working safely, holding each other to high standards, and consistently delivering results for our customers. Our team raises the bar every day in maintenance, reliability, and engineering, and we're committed to building a culture where excellence is the norm.
