Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems in a client facility. You will repair and improve MHE and robotic systems to ensure peak performance.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with the Client and Operations teams. A strong technical background and willingness to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in mechanical or electrical field.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience with MHE safety standards and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
