Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; reading schematics; using CMMS for documentation; enforcing safety policies and LOTO; and supporting production goals through proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1+ years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including climbing stairs and ladders.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Deliver strong customer service and communicate effectively to maintain production goals.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools and rigging equipment safely.
• Maintain CMMS documentation of maintenance work, parts used, and equipment history.
