The role emphasizes hands-on work with mechanical/electrical systems, software validation, and customer-focused design. A GPA of 3.0+ is required, and on-site 40-hour weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering major preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on skills with tools and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced product concept R&D and new product development.
• Design systems development and test simulations for electronic/mechanical systems.
• Validate products in lab and vehicle environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee inventory, assembly, and testing coordination with technicians.
• Provide product support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Validate software and hardware using HWIL/SHIL technologies.
• Participate in product phase reviews, DFMEAs, and project management.
• Contribute to special braking systems and modules design.
• Analyze electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
• Assist in product application development, road tests, and customer demos.
