Motivo 36 is seeking diverse Mechatronics Engineers in the United States to tackle challenging problems across domains. You will own ideation, define features, and contribute to system-level design, while engaging with clients and vendors.

You’ll help shape product strategy and bring hardware to life with leadership involvement. Ideal candidates will work across at least two engineering disciplines, with hands‑on hardware bring‑ups and firmware or software development experience.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics engineers should have baseline proficiency across electrical, mechanical and/or software engineering.
• Capability to contribute in at least two engineering disciplines.
• Hands-on hardware bring‑ups, debugging, testing, and embedded/controls or software development will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Own ideation and feature definition with system‑level design responsibilities.
• Manage client and vendor relationships and drive hardware bring‑ups.
• Contribute to product strategy and viability at the table with leadership.
