Motivo is seeking diverse Mechatronics Engineers to join our team in the United States, applying electrical, mechanical and software expertise to challenging multi-domain projects. You’ll own ideas from concept to system-level design, perform hands-on hardware bring-ups, and manage client and vendor relationships, with a seat at the table with CEOs/CTOs to influence product strategy and viability.

Formación

• Experience across electrical, mechanical and/or software engineering disciplines.
• Hardware design, soldering and debugging skills are valued.
• Firmware development with C/C++ and control systems proficiency expected.

Responsabilidades

• Own ideation, feature definition and system-level design for projects.
• Manage client and vendor relationships and participate in product strategy discussions.
• Perform hands-on hardware bring-ups, testing and validation.
• Collaborate across at least two engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
