Job description

Description

Are you inspired by invention? Is problem solving through teamwork in your DNA? Do you like the idea of seeing how your work impacts the bigger picture? Answer yes to any of these and you’ll fit right in here at Amazon Robotics. We are a smart team of enthusiastic doers that work passionately to apply advances in robotics and software to solve real-world problems that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we can’t even image yet. We invent new improvements every day. We are Amazon Robotics and we will give you the tools and support you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling and fun.

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Robot Analyst to join our team developing advanced robotic hardware technology. This role focuses on comprehensive performance evaluation, design validation, and optimization of robotic systems at scale. You will create detailed technical reports examining robot dynamics, kinematics, and performance characteristics to support the development and deployment of innovative automation solutions. A critical aspect of this role is producing data-informed insights for customer requirement negotiations and clarifying ambiguity in design specifications—you'll need to prioritize assessment efforts, establish what matters most, and continuously refine both the design and examination processes to improve our capability to deliver robotic systems over time.
