Job summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and write validation plans.
• Document results and write reports.
• Lead and perform validations, including but not limited to rooms and equipment.
• Assure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
• Help foster a quality environment and mindset throughout the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a process- and system-oriented approach.
• Continuously work to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of plant-wide validation efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of validation experience or experience in a biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, or food science environment, specifically within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
