The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of practical experience in mechanical or HVAC work and is knowledgeable about safety codes. Responsibilities include facilitating both classroom and hands-on training, assessing trainee performance, and enhancing training programs. Position Overview

The Mechanical (HVAC) Trade Instructor is responsible for developing and delivering mechanical and HVAC training that prepares employees for safe, efficient, and code‑compliant work in the field. This role facilitates classroom instruction, hands‑on lab training, and on‑the‑job learning aligned with company standards, safety requirements, and real job‑site conditions.

This position plays a key role in workforce development by strengthening technical knowledge, reinforcing safety practices, and supporting consistency across mechanical operations. The Mechanical Trade Instructor works closely with Training leadership, Safety, and Operations to support company training initiatives.
