Overview

Element has openings for Mechanical Testing Technicians. You will perform hands‑on testing of aerospace materials while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures.Join a growing aerospace materials testing laboratory where you'll play a critical role in evaluating materials used in high-performance applications. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, engineering students, laboratory professionals, or mechanically inclined individuals looking to launch and grow a technical career.Previous experience as a Mechanical Testing Technician is not required. Training will be provided for candidates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Schedule:$20-$25 per hour based on experience

Day Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule:

• Week 1: Work Monday-Tuesday, off Wednesday-Thursday, work Friday-Sunday
• Week 2: Off Monday-Tuesday, work Wednesday-Thursday, off Friday-Sunday
