This position performs and/or assists in fabricating, modifying, assembling, installing, operating, repairing, and maintaining complex laboratory equipment, experimental and commercial apparatus. May assist in the design of complex equipment while providing input on the design of basic equipment. Performs extremely complex tests and experiments, records, evaluates, and reports data. Summarizes test data via written tabulation, charts, and graphs, and prepares informal reports.
