Stantec’s is seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer / Team Leader to join our growing, multidisciplinary Buildings team.
If you are an experienced leader, strong communicator, and skilled problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail, we have an opportunity for you to make an impact on a team committed to delivering innovative, high-quality building designs.
In this role, you will draw on your strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and extensive industry experience to lead the mechanical engineering team and deliver projects of varying scales and complexity. You will serve as both a technical leader and people manager while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
This position requires an in-office presence four or more days per week.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
