Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of related engineering experience.
  • Experience with gas turbine auxiliary mechanical systems including air intake, ventilation, acoustic enclosures, and fire protection systems.
  • Experience reviewing technical specifications, drawings, supplier documentation, and engineering designs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical specifications and engineering requirements according to company standards.
  • Review supplier bids, perform technical evaluations, and support supplier negotiations and risk assessments.
  • Provide engineering support for air intake systems, air-cooled heat exchangers, noise enclosures, ventilation, and fire protection systems.
  • Support manufacturing, installation, commissioning, warranty activities, and field troubleshooting efforts.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, procurement, project management, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
