Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Associate II to join their Columbus or Akron offices. This role focuses on the design and delivery of mechanical and plumbing systems across various building types. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in mechanical design.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers to create high-quality projects while developing your technical expertise in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing system design required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required.
• Knowledge of medical gas and fire suppression systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of mechanical and plumbing systems for various buildings.
• Develop mechanical system layouts and construction documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis.
