Responsibilities

• Prepare technical specifications for Air Intake Systems, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Noise/Acoustic Enclosures, Ventilation, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Review designs, conduct supplier negotiations, perform risk assessments, and support commercial selection.
• Collaborate with procurement, project management, lead engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical compliance.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, inspections, installation, commissioning, warranty, and bid activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and field issues aligning with customer requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical specifications and evaluate supplier bids for Air Intake Systems, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Noise/Acoustic Enclosures, Ventilation, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Review engineering designs and technical documentation, conduct supplier technical negotiations, risk assessments, and support commercial selection.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management, Lead Engineers, Suppliers, Customers, and engineering teams to ensure technical compliance.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, shop inspections, installation, commissioning, warranty, and proposal development for bid activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and field issues while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or gas turbine auxiliary systems.
• Strong knowledge of Air Intake Systems, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Acoustic/Noise Enclosures, Ventilation, Fire Protection Systems, and auxiliary mechanical systems.
• Experience with technical specifications, supplier evaluations, technical negotiations, risk assessment, manufacturing support, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work in a global engineering environment and support domestic/international initiatives.
