Job summary

A leading tunneling technology firm in Las Vegas is seeking a Mechanical Shop Assistant to support ongoing tunneling projects. Responsibilities include maintaining the mechanical shop, managing tool requisitions, and assisting mechanics with equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid US driver's license, and knowledge of tools. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years in a mechanics shop and forklift operation experience. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid US driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience in a mechanics shop preferred.
• Forklift or Heavy Equipment Operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Mechanical and Hydraulic shop.
• Process requisitions and small parts orders.
• Oversee tracking of tools and consumables for mechanics team.
• Support mechanics and technicians in equipment maintenance.

Skills
