Job summary

Dell GmbH's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer in Round Rock, Texas. As a key member of the Mechanical Engineering team, you will lead reliability-focused efforts for AI, HPC, and enterprise servers, shaping design tradeoffs that optimize time‑to‑market, cost, manufacturability and serviceability.

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team to deliver advanced solutions, raise the bar on quality and uptime, and help redefine how hardware empowers
