Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Texas seeks a Reliability Engineer to lead asset management and risk-based maintenance initiatives across multiple sites. The role emphasizes root cause analysis, collaboration with operations, and driving continuous improvement in asset availability.
The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years of reliability experience, PE licensure is preferred and CMRP is a plus. Travel between sites including TX, AL, and TN is required.
Job Scope: This position will be responsible for typical reliability engineering duties including strategic development and optimization of asset strategies through loss elimination, risk management, and life cycle asset management. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for facilitating root cause analysis of plant or business operations failures and helping to prioritize outage work orders based upon risk and criticality. Working alongside the client’s reliability team, the individual is expected to make an immediate impact on operational efficiency by prioritizing the actions of the site aimed at improved asset availability.
This position does require travel between sites including but not limited to TN, AL, and TX.
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is required.
Certification: Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.
Experience: This position requires 5 or more years of relevant industrial experience in reliability engineering.
