Overview

To supervise, verify and ensure the compliance and quality of mechanical installations on-site, according to engineering specifications, project standards, and applicable regulations.

Main responsibilities and duties

• Supervise the execution of mechanical installations according to project plans and technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and safety of mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct visual inspections and tests to verify the installation of piping, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Prepare technical reports of inspections and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with project engineers and contractors for compliance with standards and timelines.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality supervision of mechanical installations in industrial or construction projects.

Knowledge

• Technical standards and codes related to mechanical installations (ASME, ASTM, ISO).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and P&IDs.
• Use of measurement tools and inspection equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site full-time in Dallas, TX.

Education
