Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (Mechanical) for Advanced Manufacturing. The role supports the Project Quality Manager and implements the District QMS across major industrial projects.

Experience with data center construction and mechanical systems such as chillers, piping, and HVAC is highly preferred. The position offers career advancement and opportunities to work on impactful projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Quality Management or 7+ years of QA experience.
• Data center construction experience preferred with mechanical systems emphasis.
• Familiarity with cooling systems, HVAC, piping and critical MEP installations.
• Strong communication and ability to influence field teams.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System on the project.
• Develop and execute project quality policies and procedures.
• Support interviewing, hiring and training quality personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of company standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate activities for Quality Auditors and Coordinators.
• Lead quality meetings and manage the annual audit schedule.
• Facilitate lessons learned and update quality manuals as needed.
• Provide internal quality training and presentations.
• Participate in standards meetings and ISO support.
