Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
• No prior work experience required; relevant coursework or internships related to construction or project management advantageous.
• Travel: 15-20%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.
• Visit jobsites and interact with crew, customers, foreman, and general contractors.
• Review outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Contact vendors to obtain materials for construction projects.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings (e.g., Staffing, Project Manager, Sales).
• Process miscellaneous paperwork.
