Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in Seattle's Energy & Utilities Group seeks a Mechanical Project Engineer to design central utility systems for large campuses and healthcare facilities, including steam, hot water, and chilled water.
You will lead engineering teams, explore options with sustainable sources, and present solutions that meet client requirements while coordinating with designers and specialists to deliver energy-efficient building solutions.

In this role, you will be involved with the design of central utility systems (steam, hot water, chilled water) for projects such as large campuses and healthcare facilities. These systems may include traditional thermal sources and variety of sustainable thermal sources including geothermal, sewer water, electrode boilers, deep lake systems, and many others. Within this role, you will provide overall project engineering leadership on Energy and Utilities projects, support deep analysis of options, develop and present engineering solutions to meet client requirements and lead the team in implementing the solution.
