Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead capital projects at a Spring Grove, PA manufacturing facility. The role centers on mechanical equipment, process improvements, facility upgrades, and reliability initiatives.

You will develop scopes, budgets, schedules and technical specs, coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors and suppliers, and manage equipment selection, installation, commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading capital projects, equipment installations, or plant improvements.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, motors, conveyors, piping and rotating equipment.
