Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead design efforts for energy-efficient building systems.

You will guide the discipline team, translate client needs into robust HVAC solutions, and leverage Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks to deliver projects for research, healthcare or higher education facilities.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSAE or other engineering discipline with applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, Healthcare or Higher Education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering design programs: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

You will develop innovative and unique engineering solutions to align with project, client and project partner’s needs, and leads the discipline team in implementing the solutions.

Expertise of our most successful Mechanical Project Engineer:

• BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
• 10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, Healthcare or Higher Education facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
