Job summary

Position Imaging, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an expert in 3D modeling to generate designs and provide drafting support. The role includes developing solid models from components, supporting engineering teams, and interaction with local shops for prototyping.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of ProE/Creo experience, strong attention to detail, and an Associate's Degree. This is a contract position lasting between 3-6 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ of ProE/Creo experience, strong in sheet metal design.
• Experience with sheet metal stress and vibration analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Generate models, assemblies, detail and assembly drawings using ProE/Creo 3D modeling software.

• Develop parts for sheet‑metal fabrication, 3D printing and CNC machining.
• Work with local shops for prototyping and eventual production of parts.

Additional Information

We are looking for an individual to provide expertise in the detailing and drafting of mechanical components, assemblies, equipment and systems based on solid models, or hand sketches provided by others in the engineering team.
