• Ensure units are at correct elevation, and installed straight and level.
• Make sure supports and hangers are plumb and secured.
• Check for loose or missing hardware to maintain system integrity.
• Confirm belt path and tension are correct and supervised.
• Learn accurate product tracking methods to improve efficiency.
• Complete model-specific checklist items with attention to detail.
• Learn how to confirm build speeds meet specifications.
• Perform low-volume tests using carton sizes to check dead zones and edge tracking.
• Install, run-in, and fix equipment to operate flawlessly.
