Job summary

CSG Talent seeks a Mechanical SPM & Project Manager to oversee mechanical and piping aspects across data center and mission-critical projects in Georgia and South Carolina. The role involves managing scopes, schedules, and budgets with travel as required.

The ideal candidate has strong MEP experience, hydronic piping knowledge, and a track record in large-scale construction projects. Per diem travel allowance and a competitive base salary are offered along with a lucrative bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MEP and hydronic piping is advantageous.
• Experience managing mechanical projects in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Willingness to travel to Georgia and South Carolina as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical SPM & project management across data center and mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
