Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Patent Agent in Boston, MA to prepare and prosecute patent applications, conduct patent-related research and lead inventor meetings. The role supports matters before the USPTO and contributes to patent strategy development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, registration to practice before the USPTO, and 4–6 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience with strong written and oral communication
