Mechanical Maintenance Technician (M/F/D)*

Join us as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (M/F/D)* at TGW Logistics.

Position Overview

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician works with a team of onsite technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment within the facility. This full-time, in-person role offers starting pay at $27 per hour, with higher rates based on experience. Current shifts available are Weekday PM, Weekend PM, and Weekend AM. The position is located at the URBN KC1 Fulfillment Center, just west of the Kansas City Speedway (11681 State Ave, Kansas City, KS 66111).

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance activities on automated equipment such as conveyors, cranes, shuttles, scale checks, and carton-opening systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned work.
  • Follow quality standards and comply with health and safety policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; an Associate degree or Technical Certificate in Controls Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.
  • Familiarity with SCADA and/or HMI systems.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
