L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer (Mechanical Integration Engineer) for on-site work in Chantilly, VA. You will own integration, testing, and training for complex communications systems, configuring hardware/software and delivering hands-on training to users.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or graduate degree with 2+ years of related experience, plus TS/SCI clearance. On-site, 9/80 schedule, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree an asset.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance required.
• 8+ years experience in lieu of degree acceptable (per job listing).

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems for testing.
• Develop and lead structured training sessions for users.
• Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages for upgrades.
• Lead training programs and ensure participants are proficient.
