Job summary

Dematic seeks a Mechanical Installation Foreman to lead field installation teams on conveyor projects across the USA. You will ensure safety, coordinate with site supervision, and drive high-quality installation work.

Willingness to travel 100% to customer sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and participate in site readiness and steel erection are essential requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; technical training preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience installing/maintaining conveyor equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with conveyor layout, pre-assembly, steel installation, and run-in of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others on site.
• Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks within time and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisor/foreman and provide support as needed.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
