Job summary

Dematic seeks a Mechanical Installation Foreman to lead on diverse customer projects across the USA. You will coordinate field teams, ensure safety, and drive installation quality while traveling to sites.

The role requires 2–5 years in conveyor installation, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to travel 100% to customer locations. Base pay ranges and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience installing and/or maintaining conveyor equipment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for safety and the safety of others around.
• Complete assigned mechanical installation tasks within allotted time and high quality.
• Take direction from the site supervisor or foreman.
• Provide support to the site supervisor and foreman.
• Travel 100% to customer sites within the USA.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, squat, crawl and walk around large construction sites in various climates and environments.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38,000 - $86,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

• Experience in conveyor system layout, component pre-assembly, header steel installation, platform and structural steel erection, conveyor installation, guard rail, rack, air piping, detailing and run-in of installed equipment
