ASML US, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Install Engineer to assemble and qualify lithography machines at customer sites in the United States. You will calibrate equipment, run predefined test sequences and document results to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
The role requires a BS in engineering or equivalent, 1–3 years of hands-on experience, and strong English communication. Travel up to 80% and work authorization in the U.S. are required.

To install leading edge lithographic systems, at the customer site, within specifications, on time, with quality exceeding the customer’s expectations.
The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know‑how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region.
A Mechanical Install Engineer is expected to calibrate and qualify the machine on site, according to a pre‑defined test‑sequence similar to the tests that have previously been performed in Veldhoven. Work with co‑workers, and the customer in isolating and solving problems. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass‑downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis. Calibrate and qualify semiconductor lithographic capital equipment.
The Mechanical Install Engineer is expected to assemble and qualify the machine on site, according to procedure in a pre‑defined sequence.
Preference: BS degree in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the 15 C.F.R. 730, et seq. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
