Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a Technician Apprentice to support field service activities onsite at client locations. You will assist technicians and operations, help with installations, repairs, maintenance and evaluations, and contribute to delivering quality service.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to standards, documentation of field activities, and willingness to travel occasionally. A high school diploma is required, with 1+ year in industrial environments preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in an industrial or plant environment preferred.
• May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Assist Technicians, Sr Technicians, and Operations onsite at client locations.
• Assist in providing service and customer support during site assignments.
• Support on site installation, repair, maintenance and evaluation tasks.
• Assist in diagnosing errors or problems and observe field personnel in determining solutions.
• Assist in documentation of all field service activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
