Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Mechanical Field Service & Installation Technician to install commercial dishwashing and sanitation equipment for restaurants and commercial kitchens in the Indianapolis area. Training will be provided; strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting experience are valued.

Role involves installing, wiring and plumbing basics, and communicating with customers. First-year earnings target of $56,000–$65,000 with potential overtime and on-call pay, in a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Comfortable working independently in the field.
Willingness to learn and train on Auto-Chlor equipment.
Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install and set up commercial dishwashing equipment at customer locations.
Assemble and connect mechanical components.
Work with plumbing and basic electrical connections.
Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues.
Test equipment and verify proper operation.
Complete installations independently in the field.
Communicate with customers during installations and training.
Explain basic cleaning and preventive care to staff.
