Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator for projects larger than $1M.
• Solid track record of commercial piping projects.
• Ability to create conceptual bids for Design/Build projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven record of career stability and estimating success.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand project specifications.
• Develop master budgets and cost models.
• Provide conceptual and hard bid estimates.
• Develop and maintain cost databases.
• Review estimates provided by others.
• Prepare independent estimates of change orders.
• Develop pre-construction cost estimates.
