Qualifications

• Working knowledge of estimating databases (NECA, ConEst, MCA, John S. Page, Richardson's).
• 2-5 years of estimating experience related to the industry.
• Ability to perform conceptualized estimates during various design phases.

Responsibilities

• Perform material and equipment takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing.
• Consolidate labor and material estimates into a summary proposal.
• Attend pre-bid and jobsite walk-through meetings.
