Qualifications

• 3+ years of conceptual estimating experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Field experience in mechanical installation projects preferred.
• Familiarity with LEED requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructability reviews, cost estimating, and scheduling support.
• Assist proposal teams on major projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to finalize estimates and proposed schedules.
