Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager 2 in Clearfield, Utah. This role leads a diverse mechanical engineering team focused on Minuteman III ICBM sustainment, providing performance management, staffing, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver successful projects.

You will oversee technical direction, support recruitment, and drive the department’s technology roadmap while collaborating across campuses and external customers.

• Offer project and technical oversight for group activities and ownership of processes used by the team.
• Lead the engineering team to execute design, analysis, and sustainment for missile, air and space products.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
