Job Description:

• This position will be the lead individual responsible for all CARE mechanical conveyor discussions.
• This individual must be proficient in 2D acad.
• They will lead all assembly, paint and body shop activities.

This individual’s responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

• This individual must have a thorough understanding of all types of conveyor systems, Power &Free, overhead, inverted, EMS, Roller, Friction drive, skillet, pallet systems, air‑b‑drip, etc.
• Lead all conveyors related discussions and issue tracking.
• In‑depth understandings shall include; cording studies, chain pulls, drive studies, vertical curve studies, cycle time studies.
• Reviewing and approving contractor design drawings.
• This individual shall report to the Client CARE Project Managers
• This individual shall have a complete understanding of all items listed in the detailed engineering phase of this document
• Must have a complete understanding of all industry installation standards.

Expected Experience and Skills

• Minimum of (15) years automotive project experience
• Minimum of (10) years of Client or equivalent specific conveyor installation experience
• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited university or equivalent project experience as approved by Client project manager
• They must have an in‑depth understanding of the Client conveyor standards
• Must be familiar with industry standard safety, fire protection, and ventilation requirements.
• Must adhere to all general requirements in Staffing Matrix
